Fully funded apprenticeships opportunity
As an Operational Support Grade, you will automatically have access to a paid Level 2 apprenticeship in Customer Service.
The qualification is equivalent to 4 – 5 GCSE’s, grade A*-C, and taught over 14 months.
You will complete the Apprenticeship on the job alongside your regular duties as an OSG.

Our apprenticeship course is designed to teach you all the skills you need to succeed in your new workplace.
You’ll cover the following topics, through a combination of face-to-face sessions with a talent coach, online modules and self-paced learning. You’ll also apply your learning on-the-job:

- Your role and responsibility
